Mi Escuelita to grow to serve more students in more locations, as well as cover the tuition gap for families living at or below the poverty level.
This Year We Honor Briggs Equipment For All They Do
In 2013, Briggs Equipment generously stepped up to be the Title Sponsor of Mi Escuelita’s Cena de La Mariposa. Five years later, they have continued that tradition and grown their relationship with Mi Escuelita. Briggs understands the value of partnership and what it can bring to Mi Escuelita and Briggs.
Briggs commitment to Mi Escuelita also includes reading in the classrooms, giving books to students for Valentine’s Day, and assisting with assembling homework packets at their office, so that employees who might not be able to get away for a few hours of volunteering are still able to volunteer and help the children of Mi Escuelita. Additionally, Briggs has generously hosted an annual Christmas toy drive and party for Mi Escuelita children and families.
Because Briggs knows that it takes teamwork to build success, they have introduced other organizations to Mi Escuelita, resulting in volunteers, bicycles for students, and other valuable partnerships. Mi Escuelita honors the Briggs Equipment team for their tireless dedication to the education and future of Mi Escuelita and our families.
