Santa's Reindeer Visit Cockrell Hill
This year the children at our Cockrell Hill campus got a special visit from Santa’s reindeer, straight from Neiman Marcus! In addition to reading holiday stories to the children, these special Santa’s helpers did arts and crafts and helped each child make their own reindeer to take home. Some of the children even performed their holiday songs and dances for the volunteers. Before it was time for the reindeer to return to Santa’s stable, they shared snacks and songs with the children and a fun time was had by all! Several Neiman Marcus volunteers have dedicated time out of their lunch break over the past semester to read to the children of Mi Escuelita so it was really a special treat to celebrate the holiday season with them.
