Intern Gives Mi Escuelita A New Online Look
Thanks to a grant from the ExxonMobil Foundation, Mi Escuelita was able to hire an intern through the ExxonMobil Community Summer Jobs Program this past summer. To top it off we were lucky enough to find Clarissa Brockway, a UTD student working toward her Arts and Technology degree to fill the internship.
Even though we reviewed applications from all over the country our best fit was right here in Dallas. A native Texan, Clarissa’s unique skills matched perfectly with our needs. Throughout the summer Clarissa worked on building a website that will reflect a new look for Mi Escuelita, improve our visitor’s ability to navigate our website, and be easier for staff to update and maintain.
