Mi Escuelita Graduation 2009
In May, 217 bright young faces listened solemnly as their names were called and they filed on stage to get their medal, a certificate of completion, and a big hug from their teachers. This is graduation at Mi Escuelita. After two years with us children leave to enter kindergarten in the fall. Their English language skills have improved more than 500% in the time they attended Mi Escuelita. They are eager to learn and ready for “big” school. While we miss them, we have a new group of bright, new faces in our classes this fall all ready to learn and begin their academic journey.
