Noé Hinojosa, Jr., President and CEO of Estrada Hinojosa believes strongly that in order to have a better Texas, a better Dallas and a strong business community, we must do everything possible to educate our young children and give them an opportunity to compete starting in preschool all the way through college. He knows that in order to achieve academic success, the education gap for Latino children must be narrowed.
